Graduating from the Connecticut Center of Massage Therapy (CT License #8300), I immediately began working as a massage therapist. I absolutely love working with my clients to meet their goals, whether it be relaxation, relieving pain, or maintenance work to keep stress and pain at-bay. My favorite type of massage to give is focused deep tissue work, aimed to address pain or limitations my clientele have. It brings me joy and gratification to use my skills to relieve chronic or acute pain. Massage therapy and wellness took over my life in the best way from the start. I am always working towards expanding my knowledge in wellness-related fields such as nutrition, personal training, and rehabilitation.
