Appointment Cancellation/No-Call/No-Show

You must give 24 hours notice via call, text, voicemail, or email if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you do not show up or fail to give appropriate notice, you will be charged the full price of the scheduled appointment. If using a gift certificate or voucher, you forfeit the aforementioned voucher or certificate.

Late Arrivals

Please note that I suggest you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to reserve time for either health intake (If a first time client) or follow-up/interview to evaluate your needs for that particular session. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time, you will receive the remainder of the allotted time. However, you will be charged the full session price. This includes the full value of a gift certificate or voucher being used.

Contraindications (Situations where massage is not suggested)
There may be certain medical conditions where massage/bodywork is not advised (ex: Cold/fever/infection, etc.) If massage could potentially be harmful to either the client or myself, I reserve the right to decline treatment. In some cases, a physician approval may be required prior to treatment.

Hygiene

Please arrive to your appointment in a modest state of hygiene. I reserve the right to refuse to perform massage for any excessive hygiene issues including but not limited to: excessive body odor, failure to shower after exercise, etc. You will be responsible for the payment of your appointment time if you fail to arrive in a condition appropriate to receive massage.

Right to Refuse

I reserve the right to refuse service to any client for any reason.
